InvestEngine takes joint first place for the Investing category in the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024. George Sweeney, Deputy Editor at Finder, explains the significance of the win.
InvestEngine overcame some tough competition to be crowned joint winner in this year’s Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, which are decided and voted on by an independent survey of customers.
In total, 17 investing platforms were up for the award, and InvestEngine topped the awards table (tied for the number one spot). To reach these dizzy heights, InvestEngine fended off competition from the likes of eToro, Trading 212, interactive investor and Freetrade.
For this year’s awards, the sixth so far, we collected around 10,000 customer responses across 15 finance categories, including investing. For the investing category, over 750 customers were polled. We asked investors to rate their satisfaction with the service they’d received from their platform, and whether they’d recommend it to a friend.
Overall, InvestEngine had a customer satisfaction score of 4.6 out of 5, with an impressive 97% of users saying they’d be happy to recommend the platform to their friends.

Customer feedback
To achieve a 97% “would recommend” score, it’s not surprising that InvestEngine customers had plenty of positive feedback for the ETF investment platform.
One customer said that InvestEngine was “easy to use and I feel like they’re more reliable than most share dealing companies”. Another customer even exclaimed “I love it and I trust it”, when asked for their opinion on InvestEngine.
Liam, from Liverpool, said with InvestEngine it’s “easy to check and manage my portfolio on the go, and [has] decent fees compared with other providers”.
Plenty of investors shared the sentiment that InvestEngine is easy to use, has low fees, and offers excellent customer service.
